Las Animas Decaf Blend

High elevation, high quality, zero caffeine. Las Animas is an all-Colombian blend; coffees grown in the mountains of the Tolima region are decaffeinated in Colombia using Ethyl Acetate derived from Colombian grown sugar cane alcohol.

The decaffeination is highly effective is removing the all the caffeine, whilst retaining the coffees natural citric and caramel character.

Note: this is a kilo bag of whole bean coffee. It will arrive in a lightweight tin tie bag, which is more than adequate for safely transporting the coffee, but for long term storage, you might want to transfer it in to an airtight container (kilner jar, tupperware etc.)
